Need help .. Sct x4 error #110D8

I loaded my custom tune tues and did a idle test then put the stock tune back so I could drive the car. Well today I got the ok to do a step test so I tried to load the custom tune again and after it saves the stock tune I get this code. Now it doesn't want to even load the stock tune or even start .

Anyone know what's going on

Call SCT. They have tech support if your device is less than a year old I believe.

They said it's a low voltage problem , radio , ac , or something on while it's trying to load. Don't think I had anything on , pretty sure I didn't

It's not that you have something running, it's that your handheld is causing the ECU to do double time, which strains the battery. Try hooking up a battery tender to your vehicle and then re-load your tune. When the battery just starts to get low, funky things start happening to these late model mustangs when tuning.
