The top passenger nut on the header to midpipe flange is seized and stripped. I havent been able to turn it at all. Not even with a 1000 lb ft impact. Would i be able to fit a craftsman nutsplitter in there to crack the nut. If not cutting the h pipe at the flange should give me clearance right? The h pipe is as good as scrap metal to me if it means i can get my h pipe off without having to take the header off to repair a damaged stud. Any suggestions are welcome. I have access to a fair amount of tools and equipment at my school's auto tech shop.
