need help putting my L back together!!!

Hi guys, this may seem like a dumb question to ask but is there anyone on here that has a diagram on how to put a motor back together or maybe a website i can go to, and where i need to torque everthing down at. The motor has just been out way to long for me to remember where everthing goes again. And i just want to do everthing right the first time Thanks

The ford service manual shows everything. Also, if your using ARP hardware they have specs for using thier assembly lube and for using 30w oil.
