Looking to get my baby retuned, not sure what type I should go for? Any recommendations on what I should look for or where anyone can do it around southern Cali?

Why are you looking to retune? Modifications? Your best bet is to go with whatever brand your local tuner uses. Try the regional forum.

I have new pulleys and new fuel rails and kenne bell boost a pump I need to get figured out because she is burning through gas like crazy and I'm not even harping down on her. I got 136mi on my last tank. I feel like something is off or being used too much

I can't help with a local tuner, but I'd recommend data logging short term fuel trims and see if its running rich. Also check for codes. If you added the boost a pump and turned it up without a tune that could make it run rich. Try disabling the BAP until you get it to a tuner.
