Need help on these tires please.

So I can pick these up really cheap, but as you can see they have some issues. Do you think they are safe? Do I have to run tubes?

dry rotted slicks... I wouldnt run them!

I wouldn't, I'd also wonder if you could even get through tech inspection :shrug:

I wouldn't risk it, there's a lot to lose in case of a blowout or if you get out of the groove at 100+ mph

Also from personal experience, old flaky tires don't grip anywhere as close to new tires
