Need Help on normal to idle

Ok my car runs fine untill it gets hot then from there on when I am coming to a stop my idle jumps and sometimes my car dies...i read many stuff over the net, some said its IAC that as to be cleaned and some saif my EGR have to be delete...
Anyone here can tell me what is the real problem?

egr should have nothing to do with it... possibly iac, possibly your fuel rail pressure sensor.

I had this issue with my Bullitt and it turned out to be the JLT Ram Air I had on it. It would only do it when I was getting off the highway and put the car in neutral. It was forcing too much air over the Mass Air causing the car to dump more fuel and ultimately stalling out from being too rich. Put the stocker on and problem solved.

I would replace the IAC, clean the Mass Air Sensor and if that doesn't fix it, check the TPS.
