I would not be afraid of those results. The compression test with the one being 15psi low is the biggest question mark to me, but that one only having 10% leak down I wouldn't worry about it. I'm also very surprised a few cylinders are under 10%. Especially number 2 being 5%. That's extremely low and find it hard to believe that even a car with 1000 miles would be that low.
How many miles are on the car? If you buy one that modded I'd immediately take it to a tuner you trust to have the tune checked out before you beat on it. Unless you're friends with the owner and know for 110% certain the tunes good. But seeing those results I wouldn't be afraid to buy it and run it. Food for thought my car last year with 93k on it and a KB that's seen lots of wot, leaks down between 14-21%. And just Sunday had it back on the dyno and made numbers in my sig.
