Need Help: Intercooler Pump not turning on?

Hey guys, I was draining and refilling my Intercooler yesterday, and this morning when I opened it back up (TF Intercooler Reservoir) I noticed it was still 'pink' from the Redline Water Wetter...

So, I went and attempted to 'jumper' the intercooler pump, to cycle it through, and it isn't coming on? Is there another fuse somewhere? Any ideas on how to fix? I wanted to go to the track tonight, but with no intercooler pump... seems pointless.

sounds like the pump may be bad

The pump does not turn on right away after you start the engine. Just drive the car for a while ... it will turn on when the engine warms up a bit.
