Need help Fuel pressure

I have a 97 cobra with a custom built 03 Cobra engine. i have finally finished it and got it running but it is getting wayyyy to much fuel. it burns a set of plugs out in about 10 min. i have an areomotive fuel pressure regulator but no idea how to adjust it , also have a fuel pressure gauge in the car. i just want to turn it down some so i can finish some little stuff to take it to a dyno. What should idle pressure be around? thanks

It should have a screw on the top with an allen key slot at the end. also should have a jamnut to hold it in place. loosen the jam nut and then turn the adjustment screw with allen key. do this very slowly and check the fuel pressure gauge. if the fuel pressure goes the wrong way just turn the adjustment screw the other way. hope this helps
