need help for mods

I have a 2000 L and I need some help with the mods. My cousin has a 99 L and he has a diablo chip, air intake, air flow sensor, magnaflow exhaust, and traction bars. We race all the time and I am tired of losing. I need some help!! All I have on it is an air intake and Magnaflow exhaust. I was wondering what else can I do to it that wont cost much but give me an extra edge over my cousins.

go to rpm outlet they have a free mod for lightnings all you have to buy are some parts ablour 10dollars max its a diagramed so u cant go wrong
