Need help figuring our Carfax info on possible GT500 purchase

Sorry if this is not the correct forum for this. I am looking to get into a 2012-14 GT500 and found a 2012 with the SVT package and recaro seats which are both a must for me. The carfax shows 1 owner, but shows it has been listed and sold multiple times. Is this a potential lemon, or am I missing something else here?

It looks like it really had 2 owners to me, the first never titled the car, probalby a dealer. I don't see any red flags here, but the second owner had a clutch put in it pretty early in it's life, car obviously pullied and tuned with it's mods. That said, it wouldn't be any concern to me if the price is right.

However, with 53,000 miles and a price of $39,900, I am not sure if that is a good buy. In my opinion, I would pass on it. But this is because I have owned an 11 and a 12.

I would shoot for a 2014 of your choice if budget allows. Not all Shelbys are created equal.

At $40k, agreed, price is a bit steep, market is cooling down across the board.
