need help fast - stuck freeze plug

^If they would tell you in the directions which side to drill it on and spin it the damn thing will come right out. We did the exact f'n thing on mine and it was a pain in the arse also. It will rotate one way but not the other. The one way it comes right out but the other it starts to rotate and there's stock underneath it keeping it from going any further.

Looking at his picture there is aluminum under his plug hole. What side should he have hit it on? Firewall, front, driver, or passenger side of the plug? It looks like he hit on the firewall side?
