as of now i have a 1990 notchback. it has a 306 in it with the trick flow twisted wedge heads, gt40 upper and lower intake, a custom lunatti racing cam.
my concer is when i am at wot the car seems like its struggling to reach its full potential. my questions are:
should i upgrade my fuel pump? it is stock. i was thinking a 195 or 255 lph.
also, will an msd box help with my problem. i feel that my cam is lifting the valve so much and longer than stock that there isnt any spark to ignite the fuel. but someone told me an msd box wouldnt help that b/c the fuel pump is mechanical.
i either think that there isnt enought spark or not enough fuel? any help would be helpful
