Need help! (again), re-installed TB and still hanging...

Hey guys, I did several searches in hopes to find some resolution to the problem I am having but haven't found anything concrete.

Last weekend I installed a Billetflow TB and my car would hang up at 1500 rpms anywhere from 3-8 seconds (or so). I had thought this was due to a slight tear in the gasket so Billetflow sent me out another one.

I put it on today, run through the TPS and idle set up (consistently resetting the computer), and the SAME thing is happening...it continues to hang up around 1500 rpms. We have spent the entire day trouble shooting this to no avail.

Am I forgetting something obvious (I've followed the directions to a T)? My chip hasn't been re-burned for the TB...could this be it? Could it just be a bad TB?

This is frustrating...any advice? (besides buying a different brand...I'm not interested in doing that)
