Well i have an 04 kenne bell cobra with 4.10 gears which was good when the car was under 500rwhp but now car have 623rwhp and 4.10s are getting on my nerves I mean its just too much gear for me I have to shift every time I hit the gas,
So I am thinking about going to 3:31 or stock 3:55s ,just want to know what ratio of gear people use with 600+horsepower.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It's personal preference. If this is a street car I would say 3:55s or 3:73s would be a good gear for your power. I have mid 6xx and have used both and had no complaints.

i have 4.30's and am going to have 3.55's put in it because i dont like it. 4th is only good for 118 or so and i have to shift constantly in town.

I think most that are not hard core track guys run the 3:55 or 3:73 gear. As far as will it help your traction issue well 600 + rwhp is a tall task for a tire other then a straight drag radial and even then the street in virgin pavement so traction is harder to find :(
