Time for a new clutch in my 07 500 don't really have the funds to do a RXT nor another twin disk at all for that matter. Anyone know of any other reliable, good quality and strong clutches outside of the RXT
I have found the stock clutch holds well, but does not like to be slipped at all on a launch or sloppy gear change. It's a "dump" clutch, not a "slipper" clutch. I had another car that used an aftermarket Kevlar lining, and you could slip/ride that bugger from 4-5 grand all day out of the hole. Not with this stock GT500 clutch. Just dump it, don't slip it.
