Hey everyone recently picked up at 2011 gt auto a few months ago. I know I want to build this car but I can’t figure out which way to go about it. I don’t know if I want to go forced induction or FBO.
Price is a key factor as well. I do not want to wrap 10k more into this car. I would like to stay around 5k to put into it
So far my options are
FBO lt headers catless h pipe cj intake monoblade pmas intake lund tune FTW circle D convertor but idk which one yet. And some suspension mods in the rear and tires. Does this sound good for a na FBO car? I assume around 5k to do this
Or option two would be
On3 single turbo kit
Or option 3 a used Paxton 2200sl kit

If you want the most power possible in your price range, I’d go forced induction. I’m not familiar with the automatic, but I know that a Paxton and a stall converter makes for a really fast car. Paxton is probably the most cost effective too. PD superchargers aren’t cheap...

Good headers are a pain to install and expensive and the last mod imo I will do. Dont waste your time and money with fbo.
Find a used kit slap it on and enjoy.
