So this is what I got right now for my build:

-Aeromotive a1000 fuel pump & filter
-Aero.......... fuel pump controller
-Aero.......... fuel rails
-All the associated fuel lines and fittings

I'm getting rid of the stock tank. It will be a 20 gal sump'd cell and I plan on have the capability of running either E85 , 93, and 104 octane. What I'm not sure about is what fuel cell to get.

1. Its been said that E85 needs components that are non-corrosive, but aren't all fuel systems and fuel cells built with non-corrosive components? Is one fuel cell particularly better for E85?

2. Questions about the cells themselves... with or w/out foam?

3. Return or returnless fuel system?

Thanks for your help...

Our fuel system is a return style system. E85 is corrosive to aluminum. Whatever cell you get make sure it's coated to handle E85. Same with the rails.
