Need A Pulley Installation Tool.

Does anyone have a pulley installation tool I can borrow? I would prefer someone close so I could pick it up, but I would pay to have one shipped if I have to.

i got one i plan on selling for 75 if you want it i don't need it any longer my cobra is sold just about as of now . i am in pa .
