Need a logo...

I need help designing a logo for my kids lacrosse league. The league is cash strapped and I have taken on the task of creating the website (out of my pocket). While I can build the website with a fair amount of ease... graphic design is not my strong point.

I need a design - something like what is here.... but, this is the best version of it there is.

Is there a way to really clean this up or recreate it (or something like it) for me to use on a website?

Any help would be great... and I can offer a little loot if you would like...

They are FSK (short for the Francis Scott Key Jr. Eagles).
