Need a lil help guys and girls..

i have to make this short and sweet. hop in the stang, go to another dealership, talk to svc mgr, ask for the car to be towed to there dealership and start there. sounds like a bunch of morons if i might say. there was a tsb on all focus. there was tranny bolts missing or loose. and a few other little things. sounds like you have exhausted your resources there and need to go elsewhere asap.
start calling other dealers asap and asking if they are "blue oval" it is a start. i have delt with this b/s for along time. i see it and hear it all the time on how who and what is not done. calling ford directly is not going to get you anywhere at all, i promise. do a search on the net and find a dealer either close or far away that will help you. if you are in nj, call pistilli ford. i know them and the gm is retired down here by my house;-)
