Need a few specs./pulley/redline/fuel cut off

Can someone give me the exact size of the lower pulley on the GT-500?

What is considered red line and at which point does fuel cut off kick in?

Stock rev limiter is 6250, but can be changed with a programmer. Given the long stroke of the 5,4, and the rods, most have stayed at the stock 6250. I think the lower is 8.8" but not 100% sure.
