who has the best price? i don't mind if it's used, new, painted, unpainted, just so long as it's priced accordingly. I am trying to beat bumpers.com's $295 for painted... is it possible?

Gene Evans has them for $299.00 and I just paid $295.00 at Prestige Mustang. Both of those prices are for unpainted. Are you sure that is not a used bumper cover? I looked around alot for a new cover and didn't see anyone selling them painted.

Bumpers.com sells "factory blemished" bumpers. I don't know how severe the blemishes are, but that's their story.

I have an extra stock 99 foglight because I needed to replace one of mine but the dumb parts manager at the local ford dealer ordered me 2 instead of one. And I may have a perfect black 99 bumper cover with under 5 thousand miles on it for sale soon (buying a cobra R front cover). PM me if you are interested in either.

I've been looking also. Coyote took mine out. Found a kit at Summit, $359.95 unpainted, w 2 foglights and bezels. Factory ford part. FMS-M-17957-A50.
