I fear my EEC might not be functioning propery, and this was discovered through numerous tests with a Gen Star II tester and a call into Ford.
Before I spend the dough to either rebuild mine or get the PIH set-up, I would like to know for sure that's what the problem is. If anyone has one laying around or know of someone who does, I'm asking if I can borrow it just to hook in and see if that was the problem or not. It would be pampered on install and removal and shipped back promptly. I would appreciate it very much. If anyone has another idea, I'm open to suggestions also.
