i was on my way home from Wingate, NC and i was 26 miles from the Va state line and i got pulled for going 80 in a 65. i went to the dealer and the checked the gaude pod and the speedo is 10 mph less than what i'm realling doing so then i was going 70 mph i was doing 80 mph ford is going to fix the speedo will that hold up in court to get it drop are what?

if i have all the paper work to prove that it was wrong?

should get dropped,

bring all supporting paperwork, a letter from the service department or whatever you can get saying the speedo was incorrect and the discrepency has been fixed and complied with.
