What's the difference/how much better is this over the neutral rev limiter that is built into the SCT programmer? I've been using it to launch and it seems to work pretty good.

Sct cuts fuel on the two step and wot box cuts timing. Cutting timing is by far the best way and safest on the car. Plus you get the no life shift feature.

That is how it is designed. Pulling fuel is bad; however, cutting spark like it does is not.
