Is a convertible 2004 w/60,000 miles worth 32,000 really clean car

I'm sure a lot of people will say no because it's a vert. That does seem on the high side, but being Mystichrome changes things a bit. Is it completely stock? Do you have any pics?

There was one on Autotrader that sat for a while at 26k. The guy had a Comp Orange very as well with similar mileage but he wanted a grand more for that one. This was a couple of months ago.
