I have the same wheels on my Mystic. I can't wait to get to a 1/4 mile track. The best I have done is 7.7 @ 93.5 in the 1/8th with a horrible 2.0 short time. I have added a lot to the car. I hope to get back to the track soon.

Either way, beautiful car and good times. I'd like to see what my CW Cobra would do (CAI, O/R H, short throw and 4.10's).

you shed a lot of weight with the drag wheels. What were you launching at? My 04 convertible with an 04 mach 1 swap with full exhaust, tune, 4.30's, pullies, intake, full weight ran a 1.87 60ft and 12.71 at 108mph. it bogged when i powershifted to 4th. The highest it has trapped has been 109mph. I was only launching at 2,000rpm's. Im riding on 17x10.5 deep dish bullitts and nitto 315 street tires. need some drag wheels bad or at least put some radials on my other two stock wheels

Better watch out for them LS1 cars man... They ARE touched by the hand of God and reign down Chuck Norris-like carnage.

But in all seriousness, LS1's are no joke. There's a black WS6 with something like 45K on the clock around here that runs 13.0's consistently, and it's bone stock M6 car. My stock '98 Z28 automatic with 170K miles and 2.73's ran a 13.6!

I'm like 10-0 vs LS1 cars.......!

I launch around 5 grand and do a crotch rocket type slip, but more violant.

Watch the vid I posted. I'm going to run again this weekend, 4th in a row, and do some more hits, all my times are within a tenth.

I've trapped 108 several times.

The 00 Camaro SS driver is my good friend and an excellent driver. He REALLY makes me work for it. I found I have to tree them to solidify the win. One mistake, and that's my ass.

Well if you're car has 108 traps in it and traction enough to run 13.1's then you're solidly within mild bolt-on LS1 F-Body's! Mine didn't trap but 104 on that 13.6 pass.

And damn that's bound to be a violent launch! It seems as if you have the driver mod yourself (can't watch .mp4 videos for whatever reason) which always helps.

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just shocked at the times with the stock gears and the minimal mods. I have a 97 Cobra on the same springs but for some reason my car is spinning throughout second. Some say my pinion angle is off, but it doesn't seem to be an issue for you.

sometimes people get freak cars i guess because thats def fast for a stock geared car lol but i knew a guy that had a sn cobra that ran a 13.3 i think it was with the same mods as you. These cars are fairly light also which is what helps because if this motor was in a new edge car it would be a turd lol and those drag wheels help out a good bit also
