EDIT:
Disregard Thread!
Brake Shop broke my passenger rear caliper bracket, lied and said it was already cross threaded.(Approx. 1.5 years ago) And replaced it with a GT bracket... Now I'm doing it myself like I should have in the first place.

There is no rattle associated with the noise. I'll check anyways but I've been missing the clips before and it's a totally different noise. Also it gets louder and almost completely constant once they are heated up. I'm starting the think a caliper froze, hence the increase in noise once they heat up after dragging on the rotor.

If it's metal to metal chances are your pads are worn down and the the scraper is making contact with the rotor to tell you that your pads are low. Unless your pads don't have the scraper then you might be buying new rotors with new pads.

Just dissected it. The inside of the caliper is scraping the inside of the rotor, I will post a picture in a minute. Not really sure how to fix this.

This is of the inside where it is touching.

Ans this is the shiny edge it is placing on my rotor from all of the touching.
