Yes and no as its heat seeking so in the right conditions they can lock onto an M1A1 Tank or M2 Bradley. But they are designed as Anti Aircraft. So if you want real Blood and guts then take some
M114 Hellfire Laser guided Anti tank missles. Can penetrate up to 2 and 1/2 Foot of steel.

I wish I had that video of the guy firing the shoulder mounted LOSAT. It absolutely destroyed a tank. It pops out 15 feet then the rocket ignites. It's so cool to watch.
