I'm finishing up my third built modular fox . Thought I'd post some pics. It has a built longblock from Coastal Dyno in Brandon FL. Aluminum TEKSID block with a Whipple supercharger and a few other odds and ends.:-D

Here's a video of the car a few months ago. The car is now put together.

Here's something I got when I took it to a car show a few months back.

I snapped a picture during one of the dyno passes. My fuel pumps were having some troubles.

It was hot and raining while Sam at CoastalDyno was tuning the car. I need to take it back and have him finish it in decent weather. Plus the fuel pumps turned out to be bad causing the car to fall on its face. I'm expecting more power from this set up.

x2:nonono:

Awesome build!!! Was it difficult fitting in the cobra instrument panel into the fox body one?

No the Cobra cluster fits I just need to make a bezel to go around the cluster.

The hardest part of the build was coming up with the money at times.:thumbsup:JK
I would say the hardest part was knowing what things needed to be modified on the car.

Oh by the way. The car has A/C, power steering, power brakes etc.

Started with a 93 Fox Coupe.
I Bought an entire 04 Cobra that was totaled for the donor car.
The swap K-member is made by AJE Racing for a 4.6 swap in Fox.
95 GT spindles with 04 Cobra brakes
95 GT rearend. Alburn diff w/355 gears and Strange 31 spine axles.
04 Cobra engine I tore it down and brought the heads, crank and teksid block to Sam at Coastal Dyno and had him build me a longblock.
The engine has stage 3 Crower cams and all the goodies to with them.
Changed the crossmember out with the same one D&D sells. The T56 needed a new crossmember to fit properly in the fox chassis.
The Cobra aluminum drive shaft is in the car. You have to change the pinion flange to a cobra to make it work.
The car has the cobra A/C dash box under the fox dash. So the car does have working A/C and heat.
I installed the hydroboost so the car would have power steering and brakes.
Subframe connectors and 6 point cage with swing outs.

That's just kind of the basics.

The car is fast enough to scare most people.
Thats awesome. Thanks for the run down. This is your 3rd? Where are the other 2 and would you consider building a car like this for someone, for the right price?
