It was hard to get through this whole thread. Thank god I've never had one. The stories were bad, but the pictures made it so much more real. I try to drink at least a 17-22oz bottle of water every 1.5-2 hours throughout the day. I rarely drink soda, and only other non-alcoholic beverage would be Gatorade and pre/post workout stuff occasionally. Googled it really quickly. Seems like everyone agrees to drink alot of water, limit sodium, and limit animal proteins, and nuts and spinach. The first few times they removed something about the size of a quarter, and for the next 2 weeks while it healed internally it felt like i was pissing glass shards every time i pee'd, completely regardless of how much i drank. Not as bad as what some of you have described, but 2 weeks of it was pretty bad.
