It was purchased on ebay. The name of the company is called Redline Tuning. Comes with a bracket and very detailed instructions. The bracket is designed for the ford focus. Check to see if it will work with your '01 Cobra.

Thanks for info-I sold my Cobra and now have 2003 SVT Focus. Not as much power but I love handling and ride compared to Mustang's ancient platform.
