My in car vid w/MRT O/R H & Stingers

Here is a short vid of my car at a local 1/8 mile dragstrip. Our Mustang club rented it last weekend, and lets just say the rules were relaxed. We could even take a passenger down the track. This is my car with the stock exhaust manifolds, MRT O/R h-pipe, and Borla Stingers. What do you think?

It's run a 12.78 @ 109 on stock Goodyears (1.98 60') in near perfect track conditions last fall in Memphis. It runs mid/high 12.8's & traps 108 with decent track conditions.

Nice times !! It's amazing how much better those Mach engines are versus the 99/01 Cobra 4V motors.

Thanks guys. I've been very happy with the car and the way it performs. One thing I've noticed about this one is that it hates heat! I went racing the middle of this summer and could only muster 13.1 @ 106 (85-90 degrees outside). I do most of my racing in the spring and fall because of this.

It's definately loud, but not completely unbearable. If this was my DD, I might consider toning it down a little, but then again maybe not

Like I said, normally it traps 108. I've only trapped 109 on one pass :fm:

lol, Jackson, TN 1/8 mile. Not the best, but our club could actually afford to rent the place. Memphis Motorsports is nicer, but they want $2000/day or something!
