As I understand it he's doing it for clearance, and for weight savings. That hood is something like 18 pounds. And I know he's planning on the new front mount Sullivan intake, so he needs the clearance.

Be interested to see how orange flames look. Looks good so far, Duane :thumbsup:

Looks great, i just wish the sides were a little taller so the middle of the cowl didn't look that big. But cool none the less

most definitely. showed my car last year, i got to park in the snake pit.. unfortunately this year, i'll probably be in the mall parking lot :(
