I ran 13.7 with only a catback, so basically stock.

what year is it? 99-01 or 02-04? and if that was with street tires that sounds pretty good to me.

i went 13.9 with a jlt cia and leaky flowmaster catback on 20" wheels in my 2000 L thought that was pretty decent!!
