my cobra motor wont crank over..help

Hey so I'm at the stage in my cobra motor swap into my gt where I would like to fire the car. I have put the custom tune In the car to run it. I have hooked everything up. I turn the key the lights on the dash come on , the fuel pumps prime for 2 second and shut off the theft light turns off after about 5 seconds and I turn the key to start and nothing. My starter has power going to it. I got a spark off the frame when my wrench touched if while I was tightening the cable to the starter. What could this be? Thanks

Starting at the simplest of solutions, did you check the fuses to make sure you didn't blow one?

I went through the fuzes. I also checked the relay everything seems to be fine. The fuel pumps prime when I turn the key everything else seems to be good. I charged up the battery. I grounded the frame to the motor and the negative battery to the block. Could one of these be bad? The switch on the clutch how do I check that? The car doesn't throw any codes.
