My CEL Codes

My CEL Codes, please help...

So I had a buddy of mine read me the codes my '98 Contour is giving me. I know this baby needs work, but I only spent $3700 and she's got 97k on the odo. Does anyone know howto correct these codes? I got the code definitions off of this website.

The codes are as follows.

P0302 - Misfire Detected - Cylinder 2
P1151 - Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 2.
P1131 - Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1.
P0455 - Leak or Blockage Detected in Evaporative Emission Control System.
P0320 - Ignition Engine Speed (PIP) Input circuit fault.

What could/should I do about each of these codes. The guy I bought it from told me the light was ONLY due to a bad O2 Sensor. Guess he lied.

very generally speaking..... plugs/wires 2 new 02 sensors, and make sure all your stuff is connected for the EGR. clear the codes and run it a while and make sure they dont come back after you try that stuff.

thanks clockwork, just ordered 2 o2 sensors, Crane 8.5mm wires and a complete set of iridium plugs for $266. thanks for the advice.

well, i replaced both O2 sensors and purchased the Actron Super Autoscanner and cleared my CEL. I'd rather pay $230 to own the scanner and do the work at my convenience and pay only once than keep taking it to some shop that is probably untrustworthy.

Anyway....

A day passed and the light finally came back on.

Only 2 codes were P1151 (primary), and P1131.

I say primary because the P1151 was also my Freeze Code.

I've got the Freeze Code Information. Just gotta find out what it all means.

any ideas???

I'll be replacing the plugs/wires, PCV, water pump belt, and fuel filter tomorrow right after my Accounting Test.
