If you guys are into road course stuff and think a Gt500 is the car to buy you just don’t know what you’re doing. Go buy a Lotus or a any other lightweight go kart with 3 PEDALS and and have at it, not a 4200lbs blown auto car that destroys sets and sets of tires. “Just because you can doesn’t mean you should”

Funny... I had a spec miata, now an STU/GTU S2000 for class spec racing. I actually think buying a GT500 specifically as a road course car is in fact rediculous. But its nice to know it can do the straight line stuff, hit occasional HPDE's for non racers and mountain roads. Tons of people would rather have cars that do it all
