Kinda bored so figured I'd post some pics of my truck! 2004 F250 6.0l Diesel FX4. It has Custom Tunes from Innovative Diesel and Quick Tricks Diesel via SCT, 4" turbo back straight pipe, all the "free" mods, NX 150hp dry kit, 35x12.50x18s, etc. Its an early '04 so it has the 10 vane turbo(loud one).
EGR deleted and STOCK head bolts(yeah I know!). Just clicked 200k miles, no issues except a transmission(my fault). Its been 13.43 on fuel only and 12.76 on the gas(leaving in 4-hi).
Heres a couple of vids

it never ceases to amaze me seeing a big ass truck like this running door to door with a mustang. I'd love to have my bronco running 13's or 12's!

Sweet truck, what does it typical run without the 150 shot, consistent 13's? I am curious what my modded 6.0 would do....I have some innovative tunes as well.

Thanks!
Yes normally 13.50s-13.70s. Its been 13.40s a few times.

Sweet, what specific tunes are you running OTS or specific for your truck? Innovative typically won't give you a anarchy tune for instance if you don't have studs etc.

Strategy specific. My nitrous tune is from Vivian @ Quick tricks(formerly DJs Diesel). She is amazing with the 6.0s.

Yes, 2nd one.

Damn that goods and on 35s. Is the tune heavily limited due to the trans or due to the headgaskets? or is it a huge tune? does the stock fuel setup hold up ok on the bottle (i know its a dry kit but didnt know if it had an upgraded lift pump or anything).

I know on the duramax side the difference in tunes, with Efilive for instance, is HUGE when doing stock vs built trans. My truck currently is maybe a 13.6-13.8 truck or so on a 150HP Efilive tune with exhaust on 33s and stock trans. With a built trans and convertor, updated tunes there are plenty of guys going well into the 12s on trans, tune, exhaust only setups and doing 500rwhp. Its just all lost in the stock trans. There are guys the toast stock trans/converter on 60-100hp tunes.

i'm amazed you're not puking coolant without having done the arp head studs yet. my 05' 6.0 excursion only made it 80k miles before it needed them. i have the same turbo and exhaust setup as you and i love it!

A lot of head gasket failures can be related to clogged oil coolers and egr coolers. I'm not saying that studs aren't needed but when these trucks have the cooling system flushed, a filter installed and the egr coolers deleted they become drastically more realible on stock bolts.
