I have a used '99 Cobra rear bumper cover that says "MUSTANG" on the rear. It will also fit 99-04 Mustangs. It is painted Ford black, and has the middle area painted Ford Silver, just like the Roush rear. It has no tears, holes or cracks, but does have some scratches. I am looking to get it out of my garage. Would work fine right now, but will need to be repainted to be perfect.
