muffler question???

was thinking on putting some flowmaster mufflers on 92 gt mustang but will the 2.5 inch muffler fit on the stock pipes or i need to get a the 2.25 in. also i want a o/r h pipe will the 2.5 in fit the pipes please let me know thanks

don't know a whole hell of a lot about welding but i think whoever welds it up should be able to make the stock pipes fit up with the 2.5 ends. And yes if you get an off road H and want to keep your stock cat back with the flowmasters welded up.....that will work. Hope I was somewhat of a help.
