So over the last 2 years ive been working on my coyote swap race car project. Decided that megasquirt was the route i wanted to take for engine management. Now that the car is running i wanted to share.
Yes it controls the cams ms3x and ms3pro both can control them. Im using ms3pro and so far i love it. I hear a lot of horror story's about customer service, that megasquirt is junk and doesnt work. So far this is not my findings at all. Ive had a ton pf help and support on there fourms and from diyautotune.
Now i will say, i am not a employee and im not sponsored or paid in anyway by any megasquirt company or affiliate. I just wanted to pass on my experience and show people that the system is not junk, it does work and is a viable option.
So far i haven't messed with the tune a whole lot so its still a rough tune. I have the cams disabled right now so i can get a decent base tune before i add the cams and complexity that comes with it. If anyone is interested in using the system i can provide and base/start up tune. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask and ill answer to the best of my ability. Here are a few videos. I have yet to drive the car but that will happen soon.
