Moving to Vegas

I belonged to two HOA's. One for the neighborhood which paid for the 24 hour guarded gate and maintenance($105 a month), and another for the community which maintained the parks and streets($90 a quarter).

My HOA is $115. We are in a guard gated community as well. Yes, be prepared to pay for an HOA, it’s an additional expense. I love that you can’t park on the street in our community overnight. Plus our streets are wide and we don’t worry about porch pirates. If my wife and daughter would stop ordering from Amazon I wouldn’t have to worry about pirates either!
