Ok long story short I degreas my motor now it's running like crap I guess from the water on it it's misfiring on cylinder number 8

If you sprayed it with water, it probably got water into the Coil On Plugs (COP). May want to yank them all out and use compressed air to try to dry out the hole.
Had this happen on my 99 GT once and after a couple days it just dried itself out and got back to running normal. But if you need to drive it, definitely pop those out and dry them off. It's pretty easy.
