Motor Build Time- Any Recommendations for NJ?

so i just pulled the motor and have it completely gutted. crank took some bad damage due to a few spun rod bearings. valve stems and seals will need replacement. while its out thinking of getting a slight bore, maybe 10 over or so. im looking for someone to bring the shortblock + heads to for a rebuild. so just for assembling the block, how much am i looking at? anyone have any recommendations on where to bring it?

crank-700
pistons-900 w rings
all ARP studs and bolts- ~600
machine work ?
head work ?

I'm not sure where in nj you are but IDM Cylinder Head is doing my terminator bottom end as we speak. Its a small shop, not somewhere you would think would be great but they have an awesome rep in our area and are ggreat guys to deal with, very knowledgeable.
