Looking for input on brand, size of tires and 15" rims to improve traction at the drag strip. I have 07 with 685 rwhp and 3.73. Currently run 305/35-18 M/T drag radials on 11" wide rims. Thinking about running 325/50-15 M&H radial drag tires. With my horsepower I think the extra 1.6" tire diameter will help. Is this size and brand of 15" tire a good choice? Please give views and comments for size and brands. Any 15"x10" rims I should avoid?

For the track the M&H DR is a good tire. I have cut as low as 1.49 on the 60' with them. You should be able to count on 1.5-1.6 60' times if you have your suspension set up correctly. I use Bogart GT wheels and love them. They are 17"x5" front and 15"x10" back. These wheels and tires cut 75 pounds off my car.
