Mods For Auto 5.0

I have a 2014 5.0 Auto
I'm really stuck at what bolt-on mods I need to really boost performance
I already have Mbrp Full Race Catback and Afe Power CAI
I plan on putting a O/R H-Pipe and getting a Custom AED Tune by Shaun
My car lags a lot in acceleration, I'm not sure it's because it's Auto or it's the CAI
I still have Stock 3.15 gears also
I know everyone is going to say I should have gotten a Manual but I'm satisfied with my Auto I just need to really wake it up
Any idea's on what I should do. Keep in mind I'm on a Budget. I'm in the Army, Uncle Sam doesn't pay me enough money to go crazy

The auto is fine and it's common for the car to feel laggy with the stock tune. I can only speak about Lund tunes, and they improve the driving feel a lot as well as make power. Shaun @ AEM is a great tuner as well but I have not driven a car with his tune, but I've spoken with people who were happy with his work. Custom tune and off road H should wake the car up and you should also see 20-25 rwhp at the tires with both.
