Modified hood vents

I decided to ditch the hood blanket and modify my vents. I didn't want to spend big money on vents so I decided to modify them myself. Figured I would share incase someone else was thinking of modifying their own. I just cut 2 slats out every 2 slats using a dremel and then sanded them. I was happy with the outcome.

Looks a lot like mine :beer: I took the same ones out and used a wrinkle black paint to help with the sanding issues. Looks so much better than they used to.
