Mod maintenance

Looking for advice on important items to check during winter hibernation. I have the Ford and Cobra manuals, but not sure what all needs to be periodically inspected on a modded Terminator. 2.3 Whipple, E85, etc.

What are your "pre trip inspection" checks and periodic once it sits for a while checks, other than making sure the snow and salt have cleared?

There really isnt much to check after you put it away. If its on the ground just be sure to move it out of the garage or put down carpet tabs so you dont get flatspots on your tires or you can jack it up and leave it on stands like i have and other members. Also check inside for moisture and your unfriendly mice. I hear they hate dryer sheets so throw a few of those inside. Besides all that you should be find to leave it in place for the season. I have had mine on stands under a cover since Sept

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but...

- check torque on rear axle nuts
- check axle boots for tears
- grease ball joints
- check operation of intercooler pump
